Continuing Education Classes for Insurance Professionals, Property Adjusters, and Facility Managers
On Wednesday, October 17, 2017 we will host a series of three Continuing Education (C.E.) Classes for insurance professionals and property managers at SERVPRO of Saginaw's main location.

We will offer the following classes:
Cleaning & Restoring Smoke Damaged Contents (8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)
The purpose of this course is to provide you with a better understanding of the work performed by the mitigation vendor at smoke-damaged work sites. You will learn remediation tips which can help control the cost of a loss if performed in a timely manner. You will also better understand what your insured is going through when they have smoke-damaged contents.
Deodorization of Malodors (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
The purpose of the course is to provide you with a better understanding of situations when odor control technicians are tasked with removing bad odor. You will learn remediation processes that can help control the cost if performed in a timely manner. This course will help you better understand what your client is going through when deodorizing of malodors is necessary.
Ethical Issues Surrounding Social Media
(1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
This course provides a look at social media and ethics, what they are and how they interact. It defines the terms surrounding each topic, who uses them, how they affect the workplace. It also addresses how we, as leaders, can and should ethically fully utilize social media as the valuable resource it is.
